Webster County Senior Center
The Webster County Senior Center is dedicated to fostering companionship and friendships among seniors. We provide and coordinate various services and social activities designed to enhance dignity, improve independence, and encourage community involvement.
Our center addresses the needs of senior citizens through home-delivered and congregate meals, lifelong learning programs, volunteer opportunities, health and wellness assistance, free hearing checks, Medicare Part D assistance, community outreach, transportation, trips, bingo, Drums Alive, Bingocize, and legal aid, among many other offerings for individuals over 60 years of age.
Our Mission
Webster County Senior Services is a program designed to address the needs of the senior citizens in both home and senior facilities.
The history of the program can be traced back to 1965 when the US Congress entered the Older Americans Act. This act recognized the value of the worth of senior citizens and declared a list of objectives to ensure the dignity and the realm of opportunities for Aging Americans to be enhanced and maintained.
